1. Walkthrough & Assessment

   • We visit your home or business to see the space.

   • Take note of square footage, areas of focus, and any special requests.

   • Answer your questions and explain what services fit best.

2. Proposal & Quote

   • You’ll receive a clear proposal with recommended services.

   • Includes a flat-rate quote tailored to your property and needs.

3. Service Agreement

   • Once you approve, we confirm the schedule (one-time or recurring).

   • Set expectations for cleaning tasks, timing, and frequency.

4. The Cleaning

   • Our team arrives on time with supplies.

   • We complete all agreed services with attention to detail.

   • If it’s your first service, we’ll do a deep or move-in/out level clean if needed.

5. Invoice & Payment

   • After service, you’ll receive a professional invoice (with tax if applicable).

   • Payment options: cash, card, ACH, or check.

   • For recurring clients, invoices are sent monthly for convenience.

6. Follow-Up & Satisfaction

   • We check in to ensure you’re happy with the results.

   • If adjustments are needed, we make it right.
